How many bongs have you ruined or broken? At least as many as needed to make sense of buying the trident man. Soak in alcohol, rinse, clean cartridges (stick them i the oven if you want faster recovery) and that’s all. Then you buy the bong attachment, cartridges and enjoy smoking your weed in the year 2300 B.C.E.
I mean, this thing is designed like a jet and it still works when it should be cleaner (my bad….). It feels cool to use, it hits like a light speed bong with about 300 mg herb.
The customer service despite my winy entitled behaviour went straight and gave me the best possible solution they could, twice now. Once they replaced the whole top unit, no charge, because mine was cracked in the glass shield that protects your eyes from actually melting. Next they gave me a very, very fair discount to make up for a huge customs cost I paid for a cancelled package that was sent anyway.
The gentleman or as he called me “brother”, was incredibly attentive and instead of simply refunding me, actually found a resolution with me by conversation,

Bring on that trident v3.0 baby. And to everyone working here, y’all are my only bongs, got it? Nothing is as reliable as a Hitoki and a Hitoki member. And I’ll fight you if you disagree. That’s a promise.

As an owner of the Trident V2, Black Saber/Portable Attachment accessory and the gray Saber/Bubbler I absolutely cannot rave enough about how much I love them. The taste is excellent and my favorite part is a little actually goes a long way. And watching those lasers do their thing. Both the Trident and the Saber RIP. Behind the Lasers stand a customer support team that is FAST. I’ve reached out a couple of times about parts and they never let me down. Joe Tran should be employee of the year. Long story short: I’m a customer from now on.

If you live in an apartment or don’t have outdoor space, this device is a GAME CHANGER. The chamber contains most of the smell and prevents it from spreading. The smoking experience itself is very smooth, the flavor is amazing and watching the laser ignition is super cool. No doubt the best smoking experience, can’t recommend this enough! For reference, I have tried joints, regular glass bongs, pens, and the Trident Laser is superior in every way. Oh! And the battery lasts FOREVER, I have only had to charge it once since I got it.
